Does anyone offer a mentorship program for new Family Physicians in their community? Would you mind sharing details about what’s involved? What kind of time commitment is involved? Does the mentoring physician receive any sort of compensation for their time? Thank you.

We have a program for those that are internationally trained, which includes a supervisor and mentor. There is a bit of compensation involved. They have just over a year commitment. i can be reached at snoel@southernhealth.ca if you have questions.
