Do you have experience with creating a new payment model to support those providing training & coverage as part of a CTU for inpatient care? My boss is coining the term Lego block model & looking to use this type of arrangement to accommodate for different arrangements. If someone works in the area their funded a specific amount for each part of their practice dependent on what type of coverage they are providing.
