Hello All, We are looking into the LMIA process and we were hoping we could connect with a person or organization who has dealt with this recently and/or regularly. We currently have a candidate who has lived and worked in the states for the last 13 years, however doesn’t have permanent residency in the U.S. He is looking into opportunities in Canada and trying to get permanent residency here instead. We wanted to see what costs may be involved, time incurred, and additional items that may be overlooked if we pursue recruiting this individual.
