The City of Medicine Hat is a warm, vibrant, feel-good city, with the beautiful natural backdrop to match. It has an increasing population of now 67 909 citizens, with a median age of 42 and a workforce of 20 000 people between the ages of 20-44. With the city conveniently situated on the Trans-Canada Highway, access to these primary roadways makes travel to major cities easy, with options for shuttle transport and railways as well. The local Regional Airport also provides daily flights serviced by WestJet, and private charters. Anchored by the broad South Saskatchewan River, carved coulees, and rolling prairies, the city is well connected by beautiful pathways throughout. As the sunniest place in Canada, the skies are often filled with beautiful sunrise and sunsets.
