Emergency and Critical Care Physician

Bluewater Health is seeking a full-time Emergency Physician eligible to provide additional part-time service for ICU/CCOT. Minimum qualifications include: FRCPC certification in Emergency Medicine and FRCPC subspecialty certification in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent CPSO-recognized pathway, along with ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certification. Locum arrangements can be supported to enable interested candidates to assess clinical fit and practice environment at Bluewater Health, exploring both professional practice and community life in Sarnia–Lambton, before transitioning to full-time privileges.

The Emergency Department manages over 80,000 patient visits annually, offering a broad case mix and consistent exposure to high-acuity and diverse pathology. Bluewater Health also operates a 16-bed closed ICU and a physician led critical care outreach team (CCOT) and an Acute CRRT Dialysis program..
