•Approximately 10 000 patients shared among the 5 physicians and NPs
•RNs are responsible for referrals and results triage
•Includes a Pain Clinic, Diabetes Clinic, Mental Health Supports
•Addiction Clinic is across the street
•Clinic Manager
•Team Based Model: roster is shared and physicians cover off for each other. They all share inbox responsibilities and after-hours requirements.

OPPORTUNITIES:
1.Locum for the summer, 2 – 3 days a week
