Request for Proposal – CaSPR Operations Manager
The Canadian Society of Physician Recruitment (CaSPR) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide Operations Management Services in support of the organization’s ongoing administration, governance, membership services, communications, sponsorship support, conference coordination, and general operations.
CaSPR is inviting proposals from qualified independent contractors, incorporated service providers, or firms with demonstrated experience in association management, not-for-profit operations, board support, membership administration, communications, and event coordination.
CaSPR’s preference is for one designated lead individual to deliver these services and provide continuity over the term of the contract. CaSPR is seeking a service provider who can become a trusted and consistent operational pillar for the organization.

CaSPR anticipates the following process:
- RFP Release date: June 1, 2026
- Deadline for questions: June 10, 2026
- Proposal submission deadline: June 12, 2026 5pm EST
- Evaluation period: June 12 to 25 2026
- Interviews, if required: June 12 to July 3, 2026 3pm EST
- Anticipated award date: July 3, 2026
- Anticipated contract start date: July 6, 2026
