{"id":3367,"date":"2016-11-01T20:20:09","date_gmt":"2016-11-01T20:20:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/caspr.ca\/staging\/?page_id=3367"},"modified":"2025-02-22T10:32:41","modified_gmt":"2025-02-22T15:32:41","slug":"caspr-education-chair","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/caspr.ca\/staging\/about-caspr\/board-directors-staff\/caspr-education-chair\/","title":{"rendered":"CASPR Education Chair"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>CASPR Education Chair<\/h1>\n<h3>ROLE OF THE CASPR EDUCATION CHAIR<\/h3>\n<p>The Education Chair is responsible for\u00a0all aspects of education activities for CASPR members; Fellowship Programs, Professional Development sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Education Chair is a member of the CASPR Executive (attends strategy meeting &amp; monthly teleconferences):<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for developing,reviewing and implementing the education modules on a yearly basis for\u00a0the CASPR Conference;<\/li>\n<li>Recommend alternativemethods of delivery of education\u00a0activities\/modules other than yearly at the CASPR Conference;<\/li>\n<li>Assure educationcontent\u00a0is up to date and pertinent to the CASPR membership;<\/li>\n<li>Determine which fellowship to be offered at CASPR Conference on a yearly basis;<\/li>\n<li>Recruit speakers for the module topicspresented at the CASPR Conference\u00a0on a yearly basis;<\/li>\n<li>Develop an annual evaluation questionnaire of the modules to the CASPR membership following the yearly Conference;<\/li>\n<li>Providethe\u00a0feedback\u00a0results\u00a0with the Board.\u00a0 Incorporate any relevant comments into the content of the modules;<\/li>\n<li>Provideto\u00a0Communications Committee information to be shared via various formats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Term\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two(2)\u00a0years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Initially approved by the CASPR Exec: n\/a<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Last modified\/updated: October 7, 2020<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Last approved by the CASPR Exec: January 21, 2021<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CASPR Education Chair ROLE OF THE CASPR EDUCATION CHAIR The Education Chair is responsible for\u00a0all aspects of education activities for CASPR members; Fellowship Programs, Professional Development sessions.
