The Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology at TBRHSC delivers 24/7, comprehensive Level 2C ICU for Obstetrics and NICU Services providing low to high-risk care to patients within the Northwestern Ontario catchment area. Our Women’s and Children’s program delivers approximately 1500 babies per year. Our surgical program offers full scope minimally invasive laparoscopic, vaginal, hysteroscopic, and robotic surgery.

We seek another motivated full time physician with a passion for providing the highest quality care to join our department to meet the continued growing needs of our community.

General Obstetrics and Gynecology with extra training in urogynecology or high risk obstetrics is preferred. We have a strong partnership with NOSM University. We are interested in physicians who will pursue a university
faculty appointment and participate in academic, teaching, and research activities.

What you can expect:

• Participation in hospital-based inpatient clinical services, community practice, and regional surgical program
• On-site Maternity Centre
• Operative time in modern ORs
• Compensation: Fee-for-Service
• On-call stipend – 24 hr shift; approx. 1 per week
