CaSPR Group Membership Policy

Purpose

The CaSPR Group Membership option is designed to support organizations, health authorities, and recruitment teams that wish to provide membership benefits to multiple staff members under one shared account structure. This policy outlines eligibility, benefits, and cost breakdowns associated with group membership.


Eligibility

  • Group membership is available to organizations with a minimum of seven (7) individuals who are actively involved in physician recruitment, retention, or related workforce planning activities.
  • All members must be employed by or affiliated with the same organization
  • Each member under the group plan will receive full individual membership benefits, including access to CaSPR resources, events, professional development, and member communications.

Cost Structure

Group memberships are priced according to the total number of members included in the group at the time of registration:

Group Size Annual Fee Per Member Equivalent
7–11 Members $1,500 total $136–$214 per member
12–20 Members $2,400 total $120–$200 per member

All fees are annual and due at the time of renewal. Prices are in Canadian dollars.


Terms & Administration

  • The group must designate a primary contact responsible for renewals, payments, and membership updates.
  • Additional members may be added within the same membership year if they fall within the selected group tier.
  • If the group size increases beyond 11 or 20 members, the primary contact will be responsible for communication membership tier changes.
  • Memberships are non-transferable.
  • Refunds are not provided for mid-term cancellations or reductions in group size.
