Synapse Clinic in Yorkton, Saskatchewan is seeking a 3 Family Physicians to join our innovative, modern, and multidisciplinary team. Our clinic offers a supportive environment with advanced technology like MedAccess EMR, consulting video platform and AI charting assistant. This is a fee-for-service position with a reasonable overhead rate and full administrative support. Physicians have the flexibility to build their own patient panel and may also choose to participate in regional programs such as Hospitalist care, Emergency Medicine, Addictions Medicine, Walk-In Clinic services, and Long-Term Care. Job Qualifications

• Certified or eligible to be certified with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Regular or Provisional License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS) (or eligible to be licensed)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification if participating in ER
• Recommended – Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) if participating in ER
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful SHA credentialing including but not limited to acceptable reference checks and criminal record check with vulnerable sector
• Current Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada

The SMA Retention Fund, which provides financial reward to physicians who practice in the province for extended periods ranging from $7,000 – $14,000 per year for fulltime work.
