• Community Health Centre (CHC) – Fully interdisciplinary, salaried model with a strong focus on equity, population health, and team-based care.
• Comprehensive Care Model (CCM) – Flexible blended model ideal for physicians seeking autonomy with structured patient enrollment.
• Fee-for-Service (FFS) – Maximum independence with the ability to tailor your practice, schedule, and services.

• Urgent Care Centre Options to provide episodic care in a well-supported urgent care environment.
• Hospital Practice – Hospitalist roles and/or minor-ailment care with flexible scheduling and strong community integration.
• Physician Lead for Community Programs – Help develop and lead community health initiatives.
