Cancellation POLICY

CONFERENCE and TRAINING

Purpose:

To establish a guideline for CASPR annual conference and/or CASPR training in the event that a member becomes unemployed; has a change in roles and/or responsibilities within or outside of their organization; or provides an explanation of extenuating circumstances.

Policy:

Conference and/or training refund may be considered due to extenuating circumstances by the CASPR Executive.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email on or before, 1 month prior to the conference date to info@caspr.ca . All cancellations are subject to a $25 per person administrative processing fee. Requests for refunds received within 1 month of the conference with be reviewed by the CASPR Board of Directors on an individual basis.  Please provide an explanation of any extenuating circumstances and upload any supporting documents. Refund requests will be reviewed two to three weeks after the conference. Payment for annual conference and/or training is non-transferable.’
