Hello All, I am inquiring with members regarding their education and what designations you have found useful in your current role. I have been a member of CASPR for over 4 years and have completed all of the fellowship courses. I am looking into additional education that could assist in furthering my career in the future. I love my job and I don’t plan on exploring other opportunities in the near future. However, I want to continue to build my resume and qualifications. I wanted to see if any of our members have their CPHR or RPR designation, have you found that it has been useful as part of your role and what did you find as benefits to pursuing that designation? Any information regarding this would be much appreciated.
