I am researching recruitment trends physicians. What specialties are being recruited and where are they being recruited. I have found some information online through CASPR from previous conference presentations but the information is now old. I am hoping someone may have access to more recent information.

CASPR used to do a Benchmarking survey, and provide a report based on those metrics. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been done recently, but you can find the report for 2014 in the Resource Library. Perhaps someone from the CASPR board can explain why there isn’t a survey anymore? I really appreciated the information gleaned from those reports.
