When you are in recruitment, it can be a very isolating industry and by being a member of CaSPR you realize that you are not alone in your work. You have over 250 colleagues who can assist you with your concerns/requests/questions. CaSPR members are indeed a very friendly bunch! Every CaSPR conference that I attend I learn so much valuable information and I think it is the best conference I have attended. I think that the next year's conference can't be any better – and yet it is.

I believe so much in the organization that I have been on the Board for almost 10 years. That is also an excellent way to get to know your colleagues and learn so much about the similarities and differences in recruitment across Canada.
